Terms of Service

The agreement

These Terms are an agreement between you and FlightBase. If you use FlightBase on behalf of a flight school or organization, you confirm you have authority to bind it to these Terms.

Your account

You're responsible for activity under your account, for keeping credentials secure, and for ensuring your users follow these Terms.

Acceptable use

• No unlawful, abusive, or infringing use of the service.
• No attempts to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the platform.
• No use of FlightBase to store data you are not authorized to hold.

Your data

You own your data. You grant us a limited license to process it only as needed to operate the service and as described in our Privacy Policy.

Fees

Paid plans are billed on the cycle shown at checkout. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We'll give notice before price changes.

Service availability

We work hard to keep FlightBase fast and available, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance when practical.

Disclaimers

FlightBase is provided “as is.” We disclaim implied warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law. The service is a tool — it does not replace your school's regulatory obligations, CFI judgment, or airman duties.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FlightBase is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

You can cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. On termination you can export your data for a reasonable period.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
